Elite Windshields provides auto glass repair and replacement, rock chip repair, window tinting, commercial and fleet glass services, and the supply and custom cutting of Lexan polycarbonate, Margard abrasion-resistant sheet, and glazing for equipment. Descriptions on this website are general information and may not apply to every vehicle, piece of equipment, or situation.
Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide, such as vehicle or equipment details, glass type, and location. Final pricing may change if the work or materials differ from what was described, or if additional work turns out to be needed. We will confirm any change with you before proceeding. Prices are subject to change without notice until a quote is accepted.
Appointment times are estimates and may change due to weather, parts availability, safety concerns, or other circumstances outside our control. Mobile service is available within our service area, subject to scheduling and site conditions. We may reschedule or decline an on-site job if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for the work, such as severe weather or an unsuitable work area. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule.
You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle or equipment, to make it accessible at the agreed time and place, and to remove personal belongings from the work area. You confirm that you own the vehicle or equipment or have the owner's permission to have work done on it.
We may help you with the paperwork for an insurance glass claim, but your coverage, deductible, and any claim decision are between you and your insurer. You remain responsible for any amount your insurer does not pay.
Payment is due when work is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. Custom-cut and made-to-order products may require a deposit or payment in advance. Details will be confirmed in your quote or invoice.
Lexan, Margard, and custom-cut glazing are made to the measurements, templates, or specifications you provide. Please check them carefully before approving work, as we cannot be responsible for errors in information you supplied. Material performance varies by grade, thickness, and use, and we will help you choose a suitable product for your application.
Our installations are backed by a 2-year warranty. Please contact us for details about what the warranty covers and any exclusions. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Windshields is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of use, lost income, or downtime, arising from the use of this website or from our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
